By completing a purchase from this website, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

FURNITURE CONDITION
All furniture listed on this website is sold "AS IS"

We try our best to note any major wear but please keep in mind, we mainly source and curate vintage items therefore all pieces will have signs of wear.
It is the buyers responsibility to measure accordingly, ask for additional photos and videos. Please feel free to make an appointment to view items in person.

Most vintage items will show some signs of wear that are consistent with age and use. The condition of each individual piece may vary accordingly and are sold as is. Vintage lighting may have vintage wiring/plugs. They may be rewired when necessary. Buyer should use at their own discretion and use and/or update wiring if they wish to.

REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Absolutely no exceptions. Studio Era does not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final and sold AS IS. 

HOLDS
No holds unless otherwise discussed. Receiving an invoice does not indicate the item(s) will be held. Only paid items are held. If discussed, items can be placed on hold with a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.

PICK UP
Items must be picked up or delivery arranged within 7 days of purchase. If items are not picked up/delivery is not arranged within 7 days, storage fees will apply. Items will only be released when storage fees are paid in full.

DELIVERY
Delivery fee applies to all items, unless otherwise stated. If delivery is needed, please contact us for a delivery quote prior to purchasing. Delivery must be arranged within 10 days of purchases, unless otherwise arranged/agreed.

WARRANTY
Items are sold “as is” and warranties are not provided to the Customer whatsoever, whether expressly or implied, any representations as to merchantable quality, use, suitability for any particular purpose and/or design/material, condition, functionality or workmanship.

Studio Era is not responsible for engineering in connection with any use of the Items/Furniture/lighting or for end results achieved by the Items/Furniture/lighting, or for any accidents/injury arising from the use of the Items/Furniture/lighting.
